Boston Public Library’s volunteer tour guides will continue the tradition of offering special 30-minute Art & Architecture Tours on First Night, departing every 15 minutes from 1:00pm to 4:15pm. Guests are asked to pick up a timed ticket from the welcome table in the McKim Building vestibule, through the library’s Dartmouth Street entrance. Tours will introduce visitors to some of the storied 19th-century building’s treasures, including murals by John Singer Sargent and Pierre Puvis de Chavannes.
